The Terms and Conditions for On The Go Beauty Center (OTG) Services are as below:
1. Appointments and Cancellations:
1.a. Booking Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, online system, phone, WhatsApp or in person. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
1.b. Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so it may result in a cancellation fee of 20%+ of the service charge. This will be treated on a case by case basis
1.c. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session. Full charges will apply for the originally booked service.
2. Payments and Pricing:
2.a. Service Charges: All prices listed on our website or in-salon menu might be subject to change and will be updated immediately
2.a. Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and other forms of electronic payment. Payment is due upon completion of services.
Some bookings during peak seasons and some days my require advance payment (30-50%) and this will be done through a payment link using Foloosi Technologies or Fresha
2.b. Gratuity: Gratuities are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated. Tips are at the discretion of the client.
2.c. Discounts and Promotions: Any ongoing promotions or discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.
3. Health and Safety:
3.a. Client Responsibility: Clients must inform the stylist or technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the service.
3.b. Hygiene Standards: We adhere to the highest hygiene standards. All tools and equipment are sanitized after each use, and disposable items are used where applicable.
3.c. Patch Tests: For certain services (e.g., hair dye, lash extensions), a patch test may be required at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in the service being rescheduled or client is responsible for not doing it
4. Children and Smoking:
4.a. Children: Children are not allowed in the salon, unless they want to do a service and must be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service if a child’s presence disrupts the salon environment.
4.b. All kinds of smoking are completely prohibited inside the salon
5. Refunds and Returns:
5.a Services: We strive to ensure all clients are satisfied with their service. If you are unhappy with the results, please notify us within 24 hours. We will offer a correction or redo at no additional charge. After that period, we will not be able to accommodate any complaint at a free cost
5.b. Products: Unopened retail products can be returned within 3 days for a refund or exchange. Opened products are non-refundable.
6. Liability:
6.a. Damage or Injury: The salon is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during services, unless it is proven to be caused by negligence on the part of our staff.
6.b. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit to the salon.
7. Client Conduct:
7.a. We strive to maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who engages in inappropriate behavior or misconduct.
8. Privacy Policy:
8.a. Your personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

- Acceptance of Terms:
By making an online payment through Foloosi Technologies or Fresha, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you read these carefully before proceeding with your payment.
- Payment Methods:
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as payments through [third-party payment processors like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc., if applicable]. All payments are processed securely through Foloosi, our payment gateway provider.
- Authorization:
By submitting your payment information, you confirm that:
– You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.
– The information you provide is accurate and complete.
– You authorize us to charge the agreed amount of the service(s) booked.
- Payment Confirmation:
Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email and/or message confirmation with the details of the transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation within one hours, please contact our customer service at 00971-56-5065660
- Payment Security
We use Foloosi as payment gateway to ensure your payment details are protected by industry-standard encryption technology. Your payment information will not be stored or retained by us once the transaction is completed.
- Refund Policy
6.a. Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue, e.g we will offer a correction or redo at no additional charge. After that period, we will not be able to accommodate any complaint at a free cost
6.b. Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the paid amount.
6.c. Payments for missed appointments without prior cancellation are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the original booking. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may incur a fee.
- Failed or Declined Transactions
In the event of a failed or declined transaction, please ensure that all payment details are correct and that there are sufficient funds in your account. We will not be held responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or card provider.
- Pricing and Currency
All prices for our services are listed in AED, and payments will be processed in this currency.
- Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a payment with your card issuer (chargeback), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback to allow us to address any issues with your payment or service.
- Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal and payment details are protected under the UAE law. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to process your payment or comply with legal obligations.
